i really like the longer exposure on this
and the subject really has a message
about human and nature relationships
:iconkansukai:
It gives the feeling that humans are building things through nature, not just above it. But also the fact we can use nature to our own advantage, but ruining it at the same time. Yet you have managed to capture a certain beauty in this photo... that nature can still survice through our mistakes.

I love how you have managed to capture the waters movement as if it were a thicker substance. Fantastic framing and a truely inspired concept. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely gorgeous! I really like how even though there is beauty in this picture, there's also this more realistic feel with the drainage pipe, the broken cement block and the cluttered twigs. Automatic :+fav:.

Militant Agnostic: I don't know and you don't either

You better watch who you're calling a child, Lois, because if I'm a child you know what that makes you? A pedophile, and I'll be damned if I'm going to stand here and be lectured by a pervert.

beautiful shot yet again excellent use of delayed exposure

I think it's more nature trying to find a place in our world. We've pretty much took over.

I like this photo. It makes you think.

Nice job, but correct me if I'm wrong, there are pipelines that carry water as a part of irrigation and dam work, as well as water movement, are there not? Certainly, there is pollution in the form of sewage getting into water, as well as chemical runoffs. Not denying that, but not every pipe seen is a sign of pollution. Pipes carry water places much more often than they do pollute. I'm not sure if that was the message you were trying to convey, but just some food for thought, since I know pollution is a big issue for a lot of people.

I like the colors in this, and the slow shutter speed was a nice choice. I think you might try this in black and white. :)

very nice, the use of a time exposure turns what otherwise would be a rather bland image into a far more interesting and beautiful photo. well done
